Christmas In New Orleans

We had a wonderful Christmas with our family and enjoyed our week long stay. We got to see tons of friends and went to the zoo and even rode the street car. Tons of pictures were taken but I will only share a few....

The day after Christmas, Morgan had her first baby food.






Tanner loves trains and really enjoyed riding the Streetcar. The girls thought it was boring but we all had fun.






Morgan turned 6 months old and Emily turned 7. It was nice to get to be there for one of their birthdays.

Santa came to Houston

We put in a special request the last time we went home that Tanner wanted to have a party with Santa and some of his close friends. We invited some of our friends to the front of the subdivision for a special treat and to enjoy hot chocolate and cookies. Santa stopped by and talked with Tanner and his friends and then even stopped by our house for those that could not make it. It was a nice treat since Santa does not stop at our house since we are always in New Orleans at MiMi's house

Polar Express Train Ride

We took Tanner up to do the Polar Express Train Ride in Palestine Texas. It was a long 3 hour drive north and we left a few minutes late and missed our 6:45pm train ride. Thankfully they had room on the 8:15pm train for us. Tanner had so much fun. I think his favorite part was when Santa got on the train. I look forward to hopefully going back next year.
